Black Friday Sale
This is our first Black Friday sale. Instead of just having the sale last for a few days or a week, we have decided to extend it from November 7th through the 30th.
In order to spice things up a bit, we have released our brand new SR1 hubs. These hubs are they lightest hub that we are aware of for carbon spokes, weighing 45 grams less than our already lightweight AR1 hubs.
*Note that SR1 hubs are only available for RCX Ultralight and GCX Ultralight wheelsets.
Expected Lead Times
Due to the extensive number of customizability options in our wheelset lineup, including 6 different rim series, 36 individual rim models, 66 different rim depth combinations, two different hubs, three different bearing types, and two different spoke options, it is impossible to keep much stock at once.
For this reason, most of our rims and wheels have to be built from scratch after you order. At Particle, our goal is to offer you as much customizability based on your preferences. We try to keep lead times as short as possible, within 15 business days in most situations. During the Black Friday sale however, we are expecting many more orders than usual, and also rim factory is in the process of moving. While some wheels can be shipped out quickly, most will have longer than usual lead times. Our goal is to have lead times of 20-25 business days, though rims in stock will have lower lead times.
While it can be tough to wait, especially when it comes to a new set of carbon wheels, we believe that having a wheelset custom built for you is worth the wait. We appreciate your understanding and patience. If you have any questions whatsoever, please dont hesitate to contact our customer service.
