All of our wheels models are covered.

Our Crash Replacement Policy covers wheels, rims, spokes, and hubs, but does not include vulnerable parts, such as bearings, valves, freehub bodies and components in the freehub, such as ratchets and springs. Damage that is solely cosmetic is not covered.

Our Crash Replacement Policy only allows for the replacement to be the same model, unless the wheel is no longer for sale.

If Particle no longer sells your wheelset, for no additional charge, we will upgrade you to the newest available model for no extra charge.

During the warranty period, your wheels can be serviced at one of our growing list of service centers or at your local bike shop.

Regardless of which warranty option you choose, all of our wheels come with lifetime crash replacement for the original owner.

Merchandise that is unworn and in the original packaging can be returned within 30 days with the packing slip included with the product.

1. To apply for replacement, please follow the following steps:
2. Take multiple detailed photos of the damage
3. Take photos of the serial number located under the rim tape
4. Submit the After-Sales Service Form, attaching the photos and proof of purchase
5. After you submit the After-Sales Service Form, we will contact you within three business days.

The discount is 25% regardless of the wheel model. If only a rim, spokes, a hub, or spokes need replaced, we will give you a discount for that specific part. Shipping and customs duties are borne by the customer.

All costs associated with replacement are borne by the customer, including shipping to the service center, and shipping to the customer's address, as well as the cost quoted by the bike mechanic to replace the part(s).

In order to reduce your burden, we are building a worldwide service center network make things simple. We work closely with these shops to ensure that your wheel is built properly. You may also choose a local shop to build your wheelset.
