Our mission is to push the boundaries of carbon wheel design using the latest tech, highest grade components, and the most advanced carbon layups while partnering with the world's best manufacturers.
We validate the quality and performance of our wheelsets via strict quality control measures, rigorous testing, and pro team sponsorship.
Why Choose Us
Particle was founded, as we felt that there was a lot that could still be done in order to push the limits of what a carbon wheelset could be.
Our international team has members from the US, Canada, Germany, Japan, and China. Collectively, we have have more than 30 years of OEM industry experience.
We have accumulated deep knowledge about the world's best hub, bearing, spoke and rim manufacturers and understand which factories can offer the best quality control and most cutting-edge manufacturing techniques.
Transparency
Our goal is to be transparent when it comes to how we operate. Unfortunately, it is impossible for the average cyclist to know who really made their carbon frames, wheels, hubs, etc., and how good the quality is.
We proudly admit that we contract out all manufacturing. Having years of experience carbon rim OEM has taught us where to look for quality rims, hubs, spokes, and bearings. We are glad to have the freedom to work with those who we are confident in.
While we are confidential about who our rim, spoke, and hub suppliers are, we are open about working with S&S and TPI, our bearing suppliers.
We also have a strong focus on rider safety and are proud to say that all of our carbon wheels can survive impacts at least 2x the UCI Vertical Impact Test standard. In addition, we provide specific and conservative weight limits for each of our wheelsets in order to keep you safe.

We put a strong emphasis on quality control, lab testing, as well as testing from three sponsored UCI pro teams. Our wheels are ridden in some of the world's most competitive races, including the UCI WorldTour.
